1. How do I book an appointment?

You can easily book your appointment online via my website or by calling the salon directly at 214-390-6138. For convenience, we also offer text reminders, so you won’t forget your appointment! I recommend booking at least a few days in advance, especially for weekend or special occasion appointments.

2. How do I know which services are right for me?

During your consultation, we’ll discuss your hair type, goals, and lifestyle to make sure we recommend the best options for you. Whether you're looking for a new haircut, color, treatment, or something totally different, we’re here to guide you through the process.

3. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Life happens! We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another guest. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur a fee.

4. What should I do to prepare for a color service?

If you’re getting a color treatment, it’s best to come with clean, dry hair. I also suggest a quick consultation ahead of time to review your hair history and make sure we’re on the same page about your color goals. If you’ve had previous color treatments, please let me know about them, so we can achieve the best results.

5. How long will my service take?

The length of your appointment will depend on the service you’re receiving. A blowout typically takes 30-60 minutes, while color services can range from 1-3 hours, depending on the complexity of the look. I’ll always provide you with an estimated time when you book your appointment, so you can plan accordingly.

6. How do I take care of my hair at home?

I’ll provide you with personalized advice and recommendations during your visit! Whether it’s the right shampoo, styling product, or tips for maintaining your color, I’ll ensure you leave with the knowledge to keep your hair looking great between appointments. I also offer a variety of premium products for purchase in-salon.

7. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Salon gift cards are available for any amount and make the perfect gift for a friend or loved one. You can purchase them online or in the salon.
